1. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If you placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at info@rosey.store and we’ll update your order details to ensure you receive your confirmation promptly.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 48 hours of placing your order, email us at info@rosey.store with your order number and the subject line “Tracking Request.”


3. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can accommodate cancellations or changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rosey.store. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to receive it first and then initiate a return.


4. How do I return a poster print?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@rosey.store within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Include your order number and reason for the return.

  • We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on custom prints or gift cards.


5. What if my poster arrives damaged?

If your package or print arrives damaged, email us immediately at info@rosey.store with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and guide you through the next steps.


6. Can I exchange a poster print?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process, and once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


7. What happens if I don’t collect my parcel?

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we charge a €10 fee to cover packaging and return shipping costs.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most destinations within Europe and the United States. If you’d like to place an order outside these regions, contact us at info@rosey.store and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


9. Are there additional fees for international shipping?

For most European destinations, the price at checkout is final. For other countries, import duties or taxes may apply upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
